Check Gift Card Balance

Verizon Wireless (VZW) retail Gift Cards (Card or Cards) have no expiration dates, and are not subject to dormancy fees or other fees for non-use of Cards. Card is not redeemable for a cash refund, except as required by law. As long as the Card has not been used, the Card may be returned within thirty (30) days from date of purchase with proof of purchase.
Lost, stolen or damaged Cards can not be replaced without required proof of purchase. Do not mail in with your bill payment.  Card balances can be applied toward the purchase of certain merchandise/services including prepay service sold at participating VZW-owned stores, kiosks, or online. Card has no value until activated. Purchase and use of Card constitutes purchaser's and user's acceptance of all terms and conditions, plus VZW's general terms of use and privacy policy, available at www.verizonwireless.com. Card is not and cannot be used as a credit card. Full amount of each purchase, including taxes, will be deducted from funds on Card, not to exceed total funds on Card. Unused Card balances are not transferable or assignable. If Card purchase exceeds funds on Card, balance must be paid by another method of payment. It is strictly prohibited to use Cards for resale, advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or other promotional purposes without consent. Cards subject to verification and void if not obtained through legitimate channels, or if any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way. VZW reserves the right to change Card terms and conditions and/or participating merchants without notice.
